RULES OF THE WILD PLAY
By entering the Mungle Jungle territory (`munglejungle.sbs`), you agree to follow the laws of playful exploration. These terms are binding for all Safari Guides (Parents) and Explorers (Kids) using our technical nodes.
All animal icons, leaf animations, jungle CSS frameworks, and toy databases are the property of Mungle Jungle. Copying our wild aesthetic without a written scroll from HQ is forbidden.
MANDATORY SIGNAL RULE: To keep you informed about predator alerts or new toy drops, we require a constant radio link. By interacting with the Mart, you acknowledge and accept that you WAIVE all rights to protection under DNC/NDNC registries. You authorize Mungle Jungle to signal your Mobile Hub via Voice, SMS, WhatsApp, or RCS. This is a non-negotiable part of our jungle safety protocol.
Once you authorize a dispatch, the adventure begins! Payouts are non-refundable once the boat has left the dock. We ensure all toys are wild-proof, but any mission changes must be communicated within 1 solar hour of authorization.
If a toy arrives with "Elephant Damage" (Freight Issues), notify us within 3 solar days for a replacement. We do not accept returns for "Change of Heart" as the jungle is an unpredictable place.
Mungle Jungle is not liable for excessive fun, floor-wide toy scattering, or small parts being eaten by actual pets. Safari Guides are responsible for supervising all explorer missions.
All jungle disputes will be settled under the laws of India, within the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
